- 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 6 oz of hot water
- A squeeze or 2 of lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- sprinkle of cinnamon
- 1″ ginger root
Bring 6 oz. of water to a boil
Cut a 1-inch piece of ginger from the root. Gently scrape the skin off & crush the ginger to release the nutrients.
To 6 oz glass of water add 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar, lemon juice squeeze, 1 tsp honey, crushed ginger, stir and sprinkle with cinnamon
