Breakfast Starter

6oz. Green Tea w/crushed ginger & lemon squeeze

whole apple w/cinnamon sprinkle

10-13 red or black grapes

Breakfast

6oz. coffee (w/stevia and milk if needed)

3 Tbs. liquid egg added to fried green pepper and onion in unflavored 1tsp. coconut oil–if you use yellow egg whites it tricks the mind, and olive oil is o.k instead of coconut

Add garlic powder and black pepper

2 corn tortillas (grill in pan no oil/no butter) can sub for one piece of buttered oatnut bread/French or Italian Bread

6oz. glass of milk or ½ cup Greek yogurt (strawberry, vanilla, or plain), if milk is a problem for you..1 cup of spinach has the calcium and vitamin D. p.s. you can substitute plain Greek yogurt for your sour cream on tacos and potatoes. Tastes the same.

Lunch

6oz. green tea w/ginger & lemon squeeze

3 Tofu Chicken BBQ filled Corn Tortillas//or Grilled mozzarella cheese sandwich

Add baby kale

Sweet potato-microwave in lots of water until soft, cut in half and squeeze out the potato, on a plate. Add butter, garlic powder, and black pepper

Dinner

6oz. green tea w/ginger & lemon

Palm size-steak/chicken w/grilled peppers, mushrooms, onion, add garlic powder

Carrots/broccoli/cauliflower microwave little water

Side salad w/pumpkin seeds, onion, cranberries (cran raisins), radish, snap peas

This is just an example of 60% carb-30-40%protein-little fat-little sugar diet plan for Kidney disease

That’s all you have to remember, when you look at your plate, are there almost twice the number of healthy carbs to protein ratio. If not add a corn tortilla or an extra veggie.  Hope this helps you. Good Luck oh p.s Working out, like weights or extreme cardio (muscle building exercises) can create a waste called creatinine. Creatinine is the product in your body that they measure/divide/and use to get your GFR number.  Creatinine waste build-up is bad and happens because your diseased kidneys cannot flush it out. A nice walk or a 3 mile an hour recumbent bike ride is just enough. 3-4 times a week 30 minutes each time.
